North American Avionics:
- We ship to our Dealers across Canada by the Logistics company of your choice on your accounts. We ship regularly by Fedex, UPS, Purolator and Greyhound.
- We will also ship prepaid and invoiced if required.
- Within British Columbia we often ship by Dan Foss, Ace, and Sea Island at our Dealers request.
- Our goal is to have what you need when you need it and we try to anticipate your needs and have the items in stock so that we can ship the same day we receive your order. We will ship the order the same day providing it is received prior to the shipping companies cut off time.
- Shipping costs to have our stock here in Canada are included in our Dealer cost and these costs are kept at a very minimum and made possible by our system of importing into Canada. This system includes negotiated services and costs with Logistics companies in the US, consolidating orders from across the USA and streamlining clearances and deliveries to us here in Canada.
- Our system allows us to have items we may not have in stock in Canada to be here at our facility in Richmond, B.C. in just 2-3 days and most often within 2 days if the order is received before 2 o'clock Pacific Standard time.
- Also made possible by our system, we avoid having to charge our dealers any Hazmat fees as long as we ship to you here in Canada by ground services.
- In cases where the Manufacturers we represent in Canada publish a US dealer price list, our prices quoted to our dealers will include the costs to import these items. However these costs as stated are kept at a very minimum made possible by our system of consolidation and importing.
- We will also expedite products our dealers may require sooner than the services described above at additional costs dependent on the level of service required.
